Steps for Enrolment

1) Complete the online fields in The Super Puppy Registration Form

2) Make payment either via the website sign up form ("Get the Super Puppy Programme Here" button) or by bank transfer. Bank transfer details are on the registration form. 

Important Notes

Please note that full registration is not confirmed until a completed registration form and payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent when the form and payment have been received.

Class sizes are limited so you and your puppy can get personalised attention. In the event of a course being filled prior to your registration being confirmed, you will receive a full refund and the option of being on a waitlist in case another participant 's place becomes available.
